Cancellation Policy

Policies and Guidelines Effective July 7, 2025 Thank you for choosing Miss Bella Beauty & Spa. These policies help ensure a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for everyone. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Cancellation Appointments must be booked through our website or by phone/text. Social media is not accepted for booking or cancellations. A 50% deposit is required for all services over $50. Services under $50 must be paid in full at the time of booking. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. Emergencies will be handled with compassion, but repeat short-notice cancellations may lead to fees or refused future bookings. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund. ​ Respect & Safety Policy Verbal or physical abuse is not tolerated under any circumstances. Any inappropriate comments, gestures, or requests will result in being blacklisted and possibly reported to the police. Miss Bella has the right to refuse service to anyone, especially if she feels unsafe or her well-being is at risk. Clients who smell of alcohol, cannabis, or appear under the influence will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. This is a zero-tolerance policy to ensure the safety of the technician, clients, and visitors. Please respect that. Respect all others in the spa. Disruptive behavior, aggression, or harassment of any kind is not permitted. Cleanliness & Presentation Please arrive with a clean body and clean face. No makeup is encouraged for facials and waxing services. Clients arriving unclean or unfit for treatment (strong odors, poor hygiene, etc.) will be refused service and forfeit their deposit. Proper hygiene and exfoliation are required for waxing services. Children & Property Policy Children may accompany clients only if absolutely necessary, and must be supervised at all times. Children must not climb furniture, roam the space, or touch products or displays. If anything is broken—retail or display—the client is financially responsible. No dogs are allowed in the spa. Certified service dogs are welcome. Health, Allergies & Reactions Please inform us of all allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or recent surgeries prior to treatment.
